In 1999 Auto Dealerships customer satisfaction ratings hit an all time low. The car-buying public felt they had been left behind, overlooked. Local residents lost the connection they once had and were willing to travel to another county, or a less-local auto center to buy… even feeling it would give them a better deal. \
Why? Conclusion is, they shot themselves in the foot by derdicating so much of their marketing to live leads. Sure, it’s an easy, instant gratification solution… getting live leads of those in the buying cycle. Hell, we don’;t have to engage, nurture and fulfill from a relationship standpoint.
